A partner organization is assessed on mission alignment, compliance capacity and operational integrity before any funding is approved. Organizations that cannot evidence financial controls do not proceed.

Funds are received and held by source and by restriction. Public and private money never share a cost center, and a designated gift cannot be redirected to another initiative.

Seven families left brick-kiln slavery. The plan did not end there.
Through its humanitarian partnerships, Vena Foundation supported the liberation of seven families trapped in brick kiln slavery in Pakistan, funding both their legal release and a structured restoration plan to prevent re-exploitation.
Beyond securing their freedom, the Foundation provided housing, medical care, food support, education for their children, job training, and small business development to ensure long term stability, economic independence, and zero recidivism.

We receive charitable resources and deploy them through carefully vetted partners and Foundation-led initiatives advancing humanitarian relief, economic development, education, and faith-based ministry.
What we are, precisely
Vena Foundation runs its own initiatives and funds partner organizations. Hope for the Hidden is our own program, delivered directly, and we continue to develop new initiatives in-house. Where a partner organization is already strong at the work, we fund them instead — under written conditions, and the same oversight we apply to ourselves.
The standard does not change with the model: judge Vena Foundation on whether the work performed, and on whether we can prove it.
Through rigorous oversight, clear performance expectations, and transparent reporting, we ensure every dollar is stewarded with integrity and directed toward measurable impact. By combining strong governance with lean, technology-enabled operations, the Vena Foundation exists to help generosity translate into lasting good.

Separate cost centers
Federally funded and privately funded activities are accounted for separately. Neither draws on the other.
Written use restrictions
Policy prohibits the use of federal funds for inherently religious activity — worship, instruction or proselytization.
Board-approved controls
Financial controls and oversight procedures are approved by the Board, which exercises fiduciary oversight of all activity.
Partner reporting obligations
Every funded organization carries a reporting requirement. Continued funding depends on meeting it.
Monitoring after disbursement
Financial review and outcome measurement continue after funds move, not only at application.
No private benefit
No part of net earnings inures to any private individual or organization. Compensation is reasonable and board-determined.
Governance
Vena Foundation is governed by a Board of Directors responsible for fiduciary oversight, governance, and financial accountability. The Board approves financial controls and oversight procedures, and exercises fiduciary oversight of all Foundation activity.

Ministry Training School is a comprehensive disciple-making curriculum designed to help believers know God’s Word, become more like Jesus, and put their faith into practice. Its nine courses combine biblical instruction, small-group discussion, practical application, and ministry activation.

We support nonpartisan educational initiatives that help people understand religious freedom, religious persecution, and the rights and protections available to individuals of all faiths and beliefs within their respective governmental and legal frameworks. Educational resources may be delivered through community organizations, churches, and other appropriate local institutions.

Operating independently from privately funded faith activities, humanitarian initiatives are structured to meet applicable government grant requirements. All publicly funded programs are secular in execution, nondiscriminatory in service delivery, and supported by defined performance metrics, strong financial controls, segregated funds, and transparent reporting.

Context
Saké continues to face a severe humanitarian crisis driven by ongoing insecurity, armed conflict and widespread displacement. Many families have lost their primary sources of income, and numerous households report the looting or abandonment of property during forced displacement from their villages.
Children are among the most affected. Field observations indicate heightened risks of malnutrition, weakened health and psychosocial distress resulting from prolonged food shortages, poor hygiene conditions and limited access to basic services. Economic hardship has also forced many children out of school.
What was delivered
A one-day emergency food distribution focused on children, prioritising dignity, fairness and safety. Children received a prepared meal on site and were each sent home with 2 kg of rice, extending the benefit to their household. The intervention delivered 1,600 kg of food in total and helped stabilise an estimated 130–150 households during a period of acute food insecurity.
How this outcome was verified
Local volunteers supported beneficiary identification, verification and distribution logistics, so that delivery was transparent and orderly and each child was counted once. Distribution was carried out in a single session at a fixed site.

Context
The initiative delivered direct winter food assistance to food-insecure households in a region where humanitarian access is severely constrained and visibility itself creates risk. Community engagement is shaped by long-standing fear of surveillance, which makes trust fragile and externally driven aid models unworkable. Access depends almost entirely on discreet, relationship-based networks and respected local figures, with assistance delivered quietly so that recipients are not exposed.
Food insecurity in this setting is widespread but largely hidden. Households rely on minimal rations, reduced meals and informal community support, and the burden falls heaviest on elderly and socially isolated residents. Conditions of this kind significantly limit both the scale of a distribution and how much of it can be documented.
Beyond physical nourishment, the distribution helped build trust and restore dignity. Many recipients described receiving assistance not tied to obligation or authority for the first time.
Operational security
The safety of the operators coordinating shipments, the local leaders carrying out distribution and the families receiving food depends on discretion. The public edition below withholds the location, partner identities, routes and distribution methods, and two of the three cities reached are not disclosed. It is published as a flattened document so that nothing withheld can be recovered from the file.
